Hitherto unknown paintings by Paul Gauguin and Jacque-Louis David discovered in pile of old leftover art in corner of basement!
Just kidding. I painted these myself, on canvas board with oil paints. They were fairly large too, and took much longer than usual.
They were commissioned by an ad agency in Hong Kong on behalf of Cathay Pacific, to advertise their Marco Polo class seats, back in 1995. Don't know if they still look like this, probably not but I wouldn't know as they didn't even offer me free tickets. :)

As you probably noticed, these are scanned from printed copies, which is all I have left, I had to give the originals to the ad agency. At the time someone told me I could have made millions as a fine art forger. All you need is the ability to be an artistic chameleon, and some technical tricks like how to age the art in an oven, and what materials to use.
Maybe, but then they usually end up in prison... :)
Thanks for watching!
