I really think there's a big difference between art that you create intuitively out of pure emotion on an extremely bad or good day and art that you create on a rather standard day with a lot of caution and accuracy. Although the latter can be a very good artwork the former will always be stronger, more intense, honest and thus the "better" work of art. I had a really bad day whilst creating following drawing and I think the raw aggression and disturbance I put into it is noticeable in the first second. In my opinion it's one of my most intense, and honest works, it screams directly into the observer's face and lets him think about the background and artist behind it. For me this is also a main criteria for art –> art is art when you get interested in the backstory, the creator and thoughts behind the artwork through the artwork. Up to date it's my favorite drawing.
