I designed and drew a tattoo for myself and I need your help in deciding whether I should get it.
I'm in the US Navy, so naturally, I wanted to get something that went with that theme. The design incorporates a sparrow, which is significant in naval imagery, then a rope and an anchor. To me, it signifies my time in the Navy as well as affirming the values of the sparrow, which are vigilance and wisdom.
I'd love to hear your thoughts on the design as well as the imagery and meaning as well. I'll be refining out some imperfections on the final tattoo drawing as well.
