I tried painting these Octopus above. It's just black paint on paper, I can't find the white acrylic paint anywhere.
Here's how it's made, I've uploaded the steps in photos below with some short description of what the step is about.
I started by doing a rough sketch of how they may look like.

Then, I added a big drop of paint, one in each of the circles I made (for the Octopus body).

Here's the brush that I would use for painting.

I just started making strokes from the middle along the tentacle lines I made with pencil.

Did the same for all the other tentacles of the 2 Octopus in the painting.

I added some details into it using a much thinner brush tip.

I added little dots along the sides of the tentacles for the Octopus suckers.

It's just a very simple painting. The steps are very simple too: Make a circle, single strokes for the tentacles, add a few details with a thin brush, and add dots using thin brush. That's it.
