Cute Pikachu here was travelling through old Pallet Town when he stumbled upon a Pokeball. He was very curious and he threw it to try and open it to see what's inside. To his surprise, it's not a Pokemon that's inside, but an old notebook that says "ZOMG!" 3x on it's front. Sounds like a Pokemon to me still. Pika! Pika! Pika!

He opened it and found some rules inside - not the Death Note rules, to his disappointment. These set of rules are written in a very weird manner - the words are like taking up the images of their meaning. Which was really cool thought Pikachu!

Pikachu don't use Thunderbolt!
