I ponder these topics alot in my role at work. The reality for me is that specialization, standardization and the advent of IoT for anything have created the perfect storm. Machines are excellent as doing special standard tasks. Machine Learning is advancing so quickly, you almost can't keep up. While some groups say 20% of jobs, others say 50% or 100%. No matter who is right, we have to figure this out.
