This is my reference picture for the birthday sketch. At this picture i think shes around 1 or 2 years old.

First I did was to check the shape and curves of her face from the reference
then I started to draw a circle with some curves line for the cheeks and chin.

Then the next step is to draw small circles for guide to make the eyes and nose and i will put some pictures
fore you to know guys how to draw eyes and nose from Circles

The last part is to fill out all the details. I used smudge and rendering techniques.
