DELEGATION

As we continue to progress and improve in our daily lives, we have a consent urge of letting go and moving on. We want the next best thing, we all have it in us to mature, new bigger goals, and new plans by the day.

What sometimes happens to many of us is we have trouble asking for help. We do not want to give up the current position we have because of fear of missing out or the unknown.

A way to tackle our plans and continue to expand our whole life is by delegation. I think everyone should eventually be delegating tasks that are no longer making an impact in there life. This may include tedious tasks, house work, or your business.

As we have completed the goal to produce the business, task, ect and have learned all you can from that position. Now it is time to put somebody else in place, expand work with others, offer opportunities, show them the way, become a leader and pass down these opportunities to the next person that needs them.

You should be moving into more expansion as that's what the next step is for improvement, growing, and many more opportunities. You have accomplished that task in life, now it is time to grow, move on to the next step and your whole world will open up.
