Tom Roussey tried to claim this when word got out and he received backlash.
Something doesn't add up! Bad time to have this happen when we can see a light shone on President Trump, left chest area, then chin and face, then podium, and back up to chest area.
Clearly the Secret Service were expecting them and had already provided protection!
