I have been following #lifehack for a while now and it seems like everyone is wondering why are some people constantly moody. Well , it turns out it's because tehy eat crap. Yes, crap. Litteraly what you eat translates in your attitude. So if you are planning on eating badly please stay out of my sight, because your mood swings can destroy my day.
The proper diet for great mood and balanced lifestyle is as we all know -
low carbs , low sugar , high antioxidant intake and high vegetarian protein and vitamins. It's not easy to eat clean, juice organic veggies and drink plenty of water while avoiding coffee, sugar and bacon, but it's quite important and if you aren't doing it for yourself then may be you want to consider doing it for the people around you!
