Betting on the same success that the HB20 has become, Hyundai is about to launch Crete in the Brazilian market. The model is the trademark of the brand to compete in the most disputed segment of the national market, that of compact SUVs. The car was officially presented during the São Paulo Show and will begin shipping in early 2017. But there is already an official page of it on the Hyundai website with a lot of information. And we also did not waste time in uncovering other information. Check out the technical details below, some of the entertainment and safety equipment, and more. The flagras that illustrate this page were made by the reader Rafael Placona, in Marginal Pinheiros, in São Paulo.
Engines and bearing
Crete will be sold with two engine options, the two flex and aspirated: 1.6 from 130 hp at 6,300 rpm and 16,5 kgfm at 4,850 rpm with manual or automatic, always with six gears, and a 2.0 from 166 hp to 6,200 Rpm and 20.5 kgfm at 4,700 rpm with six-speed automatic transmission. At least for now, no option with 1.0 turbo engine similar to that of HB20.
