I really enjoyed Qatar when I flew them. I think they'd come second, for me, after Emirates. Both of them, even flying economy, felt like such a step up from your typical airline... super important when your total travel time is 36 hours (PER->YOW - unfortunately neither fly into YOW, but I managed to make it most of the way)
