Azaleas are the smaller cousins of the Rhododendrons. These Azaleas pictured are the Indica Varieties. They are generally larger, single flowered plants, and are full sun tolerant in cool and temperate climates like Sydney. They make a great display of colour at this time of the year. They can grow to over 2 metres tall and favor a slightly acid soil.
