Its been a while since my last update, I know I am quite late on updating you all on how my little angel is doing. A lot of you were there to read my posts when she was born and have been keeping updated on her development month by month. Two weeks ago, Rhian Ameerah celebrated her 9th month birthday.
There were a lot of new things we got her to mark this occasion since not only is she starting to crawl a lot more now but also beginning to try standing and walking. The first thing we decided to get her was a walker to help her get used to walking around. She enjoyed running around in it a lot and mark my words when I say it she also did give me quite a few scares. I think I had a heart attack a few times when she grabbed onto the rest and tried to climb out of it. She almost fell out and would have hit the floor if not for her legs getting entangled in the seat.
The second thing that we got her was a playpen right after the walker because god she has so much energy that it is difficult to leave her alone in the walker. I thought that would be the end of my worries and heart attacks but I couldn't be proven more wrong. This little girl is a monkey!! :P Just kidding, she really knows how to climb and she almost climbed all the way to the top of the playpen with half her body sticking out of it. It gave me quite the scare but thankfully that was as far as she could go before she decided to climb down.
She was supposed to be getting her vaccination done today but due to the bad weather, we postponed it to Friday. Hopefully, the weather will be better on that day and we will be able to get her the measles vaccinations. She seems to have developed a habit similar to mine when she is really focused on something. She loves to scream a lot and has become a little more accepting of other people. She can clearly say the words like mama and daddy.
For those of you looking to see more pictures of her, my wife decided to create a little comic strip of her talking to our dog. Well, it is a fun conversation and at least I think that is what the two of them talking about from my wife's perspective. Hehe.
Thank you for reading through my post and I would love to hear more from you guys on what I should do with her on the 10th month. A few more months to go and she will be turning 1 year old. Time sure does fly by...
