Thank you for the update, and what a rough wake up call. I call see how a battle in the right hemisphere of your brain could impede your concentration!
Getting into exercise and real food sounds like the right move. You might also find you prefer images or video over writing. Maybe the app is a good way to keep active on hive while you work on your health goals?
You might like the book, My Stroke of Insight, by Jill Bolte Taylor. It's an easy read and available as an audio book (my guess is that's easier to absorb right now.)
