Successfully delegated ~100 SP to @balkanbot

I charged this account and it can now vote alright.

Problem: There were no posts with #balkan or #balkanos in the last 24h so Hive account@balkanbot didn't do anything.

I understand 100 SP still isn't much, but it's just sitting there to be used.

Maybe we can create a bit of a community around it.
