Balut

Hello Steemians,

I was thinking about augmenting our daily income lately. There are some ideas I had been considering and today one of them materialized.

Here they are, the balut or duck eggs. Not just your ordinary duck eggs but fertilized duck embryo.

If you are not from here you will definitely not going to like just the thought of a fertilized embryo. I took a photo of one egg that I cracked open but I realized that not everyone will like it so I no longer uploaded it.

Of course, pinoys love it either dip it in vinegar or sprinkle some salt on it. Right now we are discussing about the potential of adding this to the products that we sell.
