We could say that China is going to formalize the mining ban. Because for several years now there has been a declared war and constant stalking of the miners in this country.

The commission has many pretexts (reasons) to justify their actions.
The most solid will be the high energy consumption. Ecology lovers will support this proposal since the mining activity directly influences the environment.
