The Earth Bank of Neoxian: daily contracts: 2018-10-07

This post contains four contracts.

The Bank of Neoxian shall loan the sum of 200 steem to Hive account@conficker. They promise to repay 210 steem. They shall pay 20 steem per week until 210 steem is reached (10 the last time). The first payment shall be on Oct, 15th, 2018.

The Bank retains the Owner key of Hive account@conficker and shall return it when this loan is complete.

The Bank of Neoxian shall loan the sum of 1500 usd to Hive account@rishan. He promises to repay 1600 usd. He shall pay 145.45 usd per week until 1600 usd is reached (11 weeks expected). The first payment shall be on Oct. 15th, 2018.

The money amounts are in terms of USD, but are transacted in SBD and/or Steem. The website coinmarketcap.com shall be used to determine the prices for purposes of payment. From this website, the price for the "Bittrex" market shall be used.

The Bank retains the key of Hive account@alaminhosssain and shall return it when this loan is complete.

The Bank retains access to the key of Hive account@rishan. Hive account@rishan promises not to change the key until this loan is complete.

This loan shall close out the previous loan, so the Bank shall pay 1800 steem - 576 steem = 1224 steem paid.

The Bank of Neoxian shall loan the sum of 500 usd to Hive account@sourovafrin. He promises to repay 560 usd. He shall pay 70 usd per week until 560 usd is reached. The first payment shall be on Oct 18th, 2018.

Hive account@sourovafrin shall hereafter be known as the lendee…
To insure payment of this loan, the lendee promises to hand over their Owner key(s) to the bank. The bank will give back new active and posting keys to the lendee. The lendee affirms that the owner key(s) are given voluntarily and their account(s) are not stolen. They promise not to initiate the Stolen account recovery procedure.
The lendee agrees that if the Bank decides to change the active key(s) and keep them private, this does not constitute of breach of contract.
Lendee also consents to Bank changing the trustee if the Bank so chooses.
The Lendee promises not to power down the account(s) to the point where the collateral would be less than the loaned value.
Owner key(s) will be returned upon successful completion of loan.

The Bank of Neoxian shall loan the sum of 50 SBD to Hive account@crystalhuman. He promises to repay 52.5 SBD in one weeks time.
