It was informed in the meeting that there is a possibility of major disruption in the stock market due to the addition of modern surveillance system and strengthen supervision and monitoring system to build effective and fair stock markets. Regular inspection activities cannot be conducted because the new manpower recruitment in the Securities and Exchange Commission is stuck in administrative complex. For this reason, the ministry was recommended to complete the recruitment process on an urgent basis.
