These are two barns that are part of Uncle Lou's farm. Uncle Lou is my wife's uncle. The barn all the way to the right of the first picture was used as the sugar house. Farmers of this region would cook their sap in this barn when making Maple syrup. Uncle Lou keeps these 200 year old structures in very good condition.
He has made some repairs over the years. It is very important to keep the hay dry for the horses.
