Few month ago I ran a weekly games shop on STEEM in which I sold Steam Games (Mostly Humble Bundle leftovers.) You can find the posts resteemed by: . Few people actually bought from me and I hope they enjoyed playing the games.
I stopped when life was taking my time,
I had less time on internet and I got inactive at STEEM.
I'm thinking of reopening the shop now, or move it to DGameMarket. Though I have doubts about putting my valuable game keys in a third-party website.
Taking Battle as Payment
Since many gamers here are now #Battle tribe members and earn this token. I find it attractive token to accept as a payment. It just feels right to take a gaming token for games!
Battlegames.io guys generously upvote good gaming posts, so I imagine there are many of you who have #Battle staked or laying around.
But I don't know how many people will consider to pay with it.
So STEEM gamers. If you find a game you like in my lists. Will you pay #Battle for it?
Should I Move to DGameMarket?
DGameMarket. is a STEEM service by (who also runs
) where users can buy/sell Steam Games for STEEM/SBD and recently #Battle! Anyone can put their Steam keys for sale or search the website to buy a game they like.
If I moved the games I sell to DGameMarket, Steemians can buy the games at any time. No need to wait until I'm online. I also think that DGameMarket needs some higher quality games and I have some AAA games in my list.
The downside is once I put a game key there for sale, I can't take it back. If something where to happen to DGameMarket, (God forbid,) I can't be sure if my keys are still working.
Additionally, some games in my list are ones I'm interested in. If no one bought them while I clear my backlog I want to use them myself. I can't do that with DGameMarket. Currently I only have games there that I'm absolutely sure I won't use.
So I'm still not decided...
What do you guys think?
