Battlefield 6 has set a record on Steam
in the first few minutes of its release.
The big and anticipated game Battlefield 6 was officially released worldwide a few minutes ago and has achieved remarkable success right from the start.
According to the latest statistics, Battlefield 6’s concurrent players reached 747,440 on Steam at its peak and this number will most likely increase by the end of the weekend.
Battlefield 6 has been the biggest success in its franchise in terms of the number of concurrent players on Steam. Battlefield 5 and Battlefield 2042 have previously managed to reach 116,104 and 107,376 concurrent players on Steam, respectively.
It’s still too early to say what gamers think of Battlefield 6. Currently, only 825 people have commented on the game and we are seeing a 58% satisfaction rating on Steam, which is likely to increase in the future.
The main negative comments are about the need to enable Secure Boot and TPM 2.0, the long queue times, and the lack of Closed Weapons in Conquest mode. Battlefield 6 is released for 9th generation consoles and PC.
