Yes and Days before the Fork Bitconnect started rising.
Some guys ( cant find the link right now) even announced that they already started trading Bitcoin Cash and it is already available. Which of course was Bitconnect.
I would say too many people are trying to make a profit out of the confusion. Best recommendation is, like always, sit and HODL wait for the smoke to settle.
