These chickens were running  wild out on the beach on St. John US Virgin Islands.  They look like they would make a good meal!  I would consider them proper nourishment! 

I was lucky enough to camp on this beach for 2 nights. 

This was a great area to do some snorkeling as well! All that training in the pool paid off!
