Twice a week (usually Wednesdays and Sundays) I perform a routine of cleaning and taking care of my skin deeply. This cannot be done every day since it can be a bit aggressive for our face.
First, I exfoliate all my face with an exfoliant that has small granules. I use my hands to massage my face and then I gently stroke a special brush for the skin of my face.
Then, I rinse the product and apply two masks: a clay mask in my T zone (forehead, nose and chin) and a moisturizing mask on the rest of the face.
I let them act for 15 minutes until both dry and remove them with enough water. Then I put a good moisturizer and try not to put on makeup that day. It is even better if you do it at night and continue with your routine before going to sleep.
In this way we help to cleanse the face in greater depth, control excess fat, black spots and at the same time combat dryness in certain areas. It all depends on your skin type.
