I am talking about the mental and physical side of a person.
Lets take a moment to reflect on this. I'm 41 and I like the more casual look than the glamour, and don't wear make up daily, but I look in the mirror and I do think that if I want to be more physically attractive, I need to make more of an effort. I do worry that sometimes I may look like I have no abode.
I am also not interested in cosmetic surgery currently, but maybe that will change as my skin starts to lose more elasticity and the ability to ping back into place (Sorry young guys and gals, this does happen as you get into mid life) One thing I do make an effort with, which does make me feel more attractive, is my hair colour. I like my hair a bit wild and at the moment (although it may change) a bit red, funnily enough going back to the natural red head I was as a baby. (of course now its not natural!)
But are we more attractive if we are creatively creating a style or attitude, or do you think people are more natural if they carry a natural energy and display what God gave them? (I'm not talking nudity-to be clear)
I feel more comfortable in casual wear, but dream of a life in heels and sparkles. When I AM in heels and sparkles it feels great, but you know by the end of the night the fold up slippers will pop out my bra will be off and my hair will have gravitated so it looks like it's not attached to my head.
I'm sure that is not an attractive look.
Thought anyone?
