Back on track with learning Japanese. I had skipped out on this for 2 straight days, but after deciding to club this activity along with an existing one (sunbathing in 4pm's pure sunshine) it became easy to restart.
Turns out it wasn't that hard
30 minutes?! now felt like just 30 minutes.
I've realised knowing why you're doing something is 80% of that task done. Studying my university books though wasn't smooth sails. I'd forgotten the reason so it felt torturous. As if I'm stumbling over the thingies instead of jumping over them in that sport whose name I cannot remember. I, uh, don't remember still why I decided to do it but tomorrow I'm sure I'll remember before doing that task.
Regarding my sleep, I woke up about 2 hours earlier today. Not sure if it's because my sleep was disturbed in some way or the 1 hour tech off is working its magic.
