Wassup Hivers, I'm gonna have to try a method that wasn't successful in my previous attempt at sleeping early. Why didn't it work? Patience. It demands enormous patience.
I gotta reduce the lie-down-on-bed time by 15 minutes...every week. Not every day. Every week.
Previously, I couldn't wait that long so I quit it and opted for drastic measures because I wanted quick results; directly reducing my sleep duration to 6 hours so I'll feel like going to bed early that day due to the lack of those 2 extra hours (normally I sleep 8)
But did that work?
No.
This time I've got you guys by my side in order to help me be patient. By logging my journey here, at least I'll have a reason to wait for so long until my lie-down time is in the human realm again. (Until now I've been in the vampire realm, going to bed past 3 am)

I'm feeling all shit-like due to my wonky sleep so this will be top priority over Japanese & University books.
That's me giving excuses again. No matter what, even if I'm dying, I'll learn Japanese and read the B.Com books.
