Because of the hot summer days and the grill waiting, I have chosen another Zwick'l, this time from the Bayreuther Bierbrauerei AG, in Bayreuth. It is called Aktien Zwick'l Kellerbier and it is again a none pasteurized and a none filtered beer. 🍺
It has a 5.3% alcohol volume and it is a dark beer. Original wort is at 12,4. The IBU lies at 18. Shall I try on the next posts to insert all this data? 🍺
Being unfiltered, it retains a lot of the nutrients and vitamins in it. It is nutritious and goes well with a pork grill, which we had.🍺
