BeerSaturday: Drifter Lager & Carrot Cake!
My wife and I were on vacation and stopped at this small little restaurant, as we were thirsty. Luckily they had some craft beers on the menu, and I decided to try out a Legend Lager from the Drifter Brewing Company.
The label says you must always have a Legend at your side, and who,am I, to dispute this?? Fortunately, I did not have this Legend at my side, for long, as it was inside me in no time!! LOL
We also had some very delicious carrot cake!!
The beer did not have a lot of carbonation, and poured with a slight amber color, with an almost non-existing head. The beer however tasted good!!
A sparrow even came to check out my beer and got a few crumbs of the carrot cake.
The carrot cake and the beer was both great, and we enjoyed them a lot.
