The Kennel Brewery: Hop Hand Lager.
Today I am testing the 2nd beer from the Kennel Brewery for this week. This time the beer is called; Hop Hands Lager. It comes in a can with some very nice graphics on the label.
As I was taking photos of the can, my friends daughter's cat came to inspect the beer as well. (We were visiting our friends at their house and I must say the friend does not like his daughter's cat very much.)
If the cat touched my beer, I might also not have liked him, but luckily for him the beer was still closed, and we could stay friends!!
The beer comes in a 330ml can and has 4% alcohol per volume. As you can see on the label, they used Mosaic, Citra and Simcoe hops, thus it makes for a rather hoppy lager!!
The beer pours with a darkish caramel colour with a medium white head on top.
Just before, I tested the beer, the cat came past again to just give his final nod of approval!! This beer was quite a good beer, with a different take on a lager, with some great hop flavours coming through!! I really enjoyed this beer.
I hope you liked the post as much as I liked writing it.
I hope you have a wonderful day!!
