Hi everyone we have to sometimes remind ourselves to be happy it sounds daft but its very easy these days to just drudge through life not feeling anything and it effects us and our loved ones. We have so much to be happy about even if theres things to be sad about if we focus on the sad it will produce more sadness so focus on the happy πππ

Life can pass us by so quick so remember to do things that make you happy make memories with your kids that will last a lifetime and make them real happy memories. Who wants to remember a loved one and remember how sad they were? I know i dont i want to remember people for their beaming smile and infectious laugh etc π₯πβ

I know we live in difficult times right now but spread the happiness bug πͺ²ππͺ² we have so much to be sad about but dont give it your attention focus on the happiness and you will gain more happiness but most of all your Family will remember you as a happy sole and in turn it will give them stuff to be happy about and so it continues for generations long after we're gone. πͺπ₯πβ
