The day before yesterday - after having hung out in The Netherlands for 2 weeks - and I spent a day in Berlin. From there, we were supposed to catch a plane to Zürich ( Switzerland ) in the early evening.
More on that later.
We ended up in Berlin around 9:30 in the morning, after a sleepless night spent in a bus. The bus ride from Rotterdam, where we met up with fellow Steemian read more on that exciting meetup here or here started at 11PM and lasted over 10 hours.
Besides being pretty hyped about going to Berlin and even more about traveling to Switzerland, and I spoke for quite a while about cryptocurrency and Steemit, with four 20 year young guys sitting behind us. Time will tell if some of them will join Steemit in the near future. At least one of them was already into cryptocurrency ( investing ) and another one of them seemed very much intrigued by it.
After arriving in Berlin, and I had some coffee and dropped our bags at the place of a friend of his. We then started making miles in Berlin ( as can be seen in this actifit post that he wrote two days back.
In the above blog post, also explains why I later ended up in a night bus from Berlin to Zürich, while he had to take a morning flight after spending a night at the Berlin-Tegel airport.
To wrap this up, I am writing this on my Phone ( using Partiko ), let’s focus on the story behind the picture above this post.
In the Mauer Park, our attention went out to this Argentinian street artist ( who calls himself ‘el doc’ ). We talked to him for an hour, while drinking alcohol free IPA and eating the vegan food that we cooked two nights before in The Netherlands.
He certainly is an inspiring guy, oozing positivity and creativity. His art looks amazing and there’s a message behind it.
I plan to do a future write up with more pictures on that, as soon as I can find the time and my laptop ( with charging issues ) lets me :>)
now it’s time to see some more of Zürich. Yesterday I could hardly keep my eyes open. Today I feel pretty rested.
To be continued...
