You guys seemed to like the last post with Steph from Paris so I thought I'd share a few more from the same trip. The last set were shot with a D750 and a Sigma Art 35mm. This one was with the same camera but with a Sigma Art 50mm. This one was lit by a speedlight into a larga foldable softbox (handy to travel with).
I remember trying to decide between those two lenses, thinking they were probably too similar to justify buying both. After a bit of research I took a risk and ordered them both, hoping there would be enough of a difference between how I'd use them to justify keeping the 2 different focal lengths.
Thankfully I could definitely see the difference between them and found many situations where each one had its strengths, and was the better better choice to achieve a certain look.
What do you guys think? Do you guys have a preference between the 35mm and 50mm looks?
