In theory this means you have risk spread across 4+ long-term profitable betters so you will turn a profit in the long term without doing anything other than depositing and hodling. It looks like they have a high enough bar to become a better on the site, it seems like they have fewer than 20 punters on the site. Everyone else is a copier who copies the winning gamblers bets automatically.
The better gets a 20% incentive fee based on your profit with a built-in high water mark, so if you deposited 10k and you lost 1k in the first month, and then won 5k over the next 18 months, your 20% would only be on net profit, so 4k*20%.
