Yeah... In the world set up by rising expectations it can be sometimes quite challenging to be yourself.
So it is sometimes important to remind yourself how Amazing you are and if you feel a bit lost please feel happy to do yourself a favor and start implement this 7 day self-care challenge to get the priorities right and start implementing this 7 day self-care challenge :)
- Whatever was bothering you yesterday, last week, last month, last year - LET IT GO :)
- Choose one of your bad habit you want to stop and doooo it.
- Do something that you have been putting off for awhile.
- Plan one day a week simply just to relax and focus on self-development, healing.
- Spend 20 minutes outside every day reading, gardening, running, or just being yourself.
- Do one thing that make you feel relax, peaceful on daily basis.
- Declutter your living space. Less is more :)
- Start a good habit today :)
- Write out every negative, destructive feeling you have been bottling inside you and let it go.
- Remind yourself on daily basis that you are Amazing, Loving and you deserve all the best, including forgiving yourself :)
- Do something nice to people who love you. Give a kiss, cuddle, do a breakfast :)
