Just joined Body Fit Training (BFT) sessions after a few months of consideration and woah, each session made me ache me like mad!

What is BFT?
It is a franchise of gym studios which offers community-based 50-minute workouts which are fun and progressive. It is coach-led and combines a mix of cardio and strength exercises with gym equipment provided for.
What's the difference from normal gyms?
Well, each session needs to be booked in advance and during which, you will have to follow the planned workouts as opposed to you deciding what to train at the gym. The line up of workout for the week also varies daily for participants to exercise and different muscle types every day.
I find it well structured as the 50 minutes in each session is well maximised. It includes a few minutes of briefing, warm up and cool down stretches, with the rest being the workout. The coach to trainee ratio can be around 1:12 and this is fine as the workouts ain't complex.
Why did I join?
I have been running regularly and I thought I should find ways to workout the rest of my body parts. I am definitely not looking at having a beefy body. Instead, I wish to cut away body fats and get myself some lean muscles instead.
I just begun this journey and I wonder if I can sustain. I am hoping that the structured programme can keep me going as all I need to do is to trust the programme and follow through, as opposed to thinking about which body part to work out daily.
Well, wish me luck on this!
