We look at some reference materials for insight into this Gospel from a historical & cultural perspective. Specifically, we read the entry from "the Smith's Dictionary of BIBLE Words" conserving Matthew himself as well as the Gospel itself. As with each Gospel, we decern it's relation to the other Gospels. We pray you'll get a better understanding of our FATHER & HIS WORD from our efforts herein. Praise the LORD for that.
