The schedule would be South Carolina’s primary on February 3, Nevada and New Hampshire’s contests on February 6, Georgia’s primary on February 13 and Michigan’s on February 27.
Iowa and New Hampshire are two of the least representative primary states, so in the abstract this is probably the right idea in the long-term. Plus the Iowa caucus system is a mess. But in context this additionally probably helps Biden avoid an embarrassing start to the 2024 primary. I think either way if he decides to seek the nomination he'll easily get it.
New Hampshire state law stipulates that it is to be the first primary election in the nation, so it will be interesting if they comply with this. The DNC might strip them of their delegates if that is the case.
Georgia, South Carolina, and Michigan are open primary states, and New Hampshire is open to unaffiliated voters, so that's another wrinkle.
