What data are you working with? I know a bit about databases and building them as well as running statistics on them. I would suggest moving the data from an excel sheet to an Microsoft SQL database. This would require downloading Microsoft SQL Server Express and SQL server manager. There are great tutorials to get you started with SQL at https://www.w3schools.com/.
