I like this quote from Carlo Ancelotti, because it debunks a myth many people have claiming that it is all about talent, when truth is the opposite. A talent might give you a lot for free in the start, but if you have talent but lack the professional attitude, you will fall short no matter what. This is true if you are playing an instrument, and it is true if you are a professional athlete or a footballer.

What is your attitude like? Are you sad that you weren't born with some extreme talent? That might be bad, but if your attitude is poor, that is much more serious and bad. You can get much further with the right attitude, and a coach is much more impressed by mentality and attitude than by talent (even though talent might look good at first).
Tonight we will see the first matches of the last leg of the group stage in the European Championship. Can Hungary surprise? Can Scotland secure themselves a spot in the knockout stage? Or will Switzerland beat Germany? Or will Germany move along with 9 points after the group stage?
