Chapter Connection (2.5 pts)
Chapter 1 gives an intro to Science and Biology, which is the study of life and then goes on to discuss energy flow and chemical/ nutrient cycling as well as the scientific method which incorporates a hypothesis and a usually a theory. While this is ultimately referring to plants gaining energy from the sun by way of photosynthesis and how energy transfers from sun to plant to animals. It is important to realize and understand this process can be applied to all forms of energy and the process usually function and flow in a similar way or pattern.
