Minnesota residents have been addressing the police for a phenomenon they call it disturbing.
They have called the authorities to be bothered by the bird's tweens, and appear as confused.
Citizens in Gilbert reported that birds fly confused in windows and cars.
In a Facebook message, the police department says there is a simple explanation for the case: Birds eat fermented fruits more quickly this year due to a moss in the area.
Generally, younger livers can not treat toxins efficiently than older birds.
Police say the situation can be overcome without having to report police stations.
