Waxwing. I just can not photograph them normally. They seem to be just sitting on top of trees. In the courtyard I see them sometimes, they sit on the poplar, and bask in the sun.
Redpoll. I met them on the coast. It seems that they live everywhere! :)
In the summer, like the bullfinches, they are not visible or heard. But I met at least some bullfinches in the woods. But I did not see the redpolls at all. Really, they specially arrive for the winter in the deadly cold Siberia?
Because they fly a flock, then one by one they are not so easy to catch.
