The little ringed plover (Charadrius dubius)
I took these pictures in a place where a small river flows into a large urban one. At this place fishermen love fishing, as well as gulls, terns, and kingfishers.
I could barely see this tiny guy. His color is similar to pebbles and stones, and the size of it is like a sparrow.
I was surprised that he was absolutely not afraid of me! He walked carefully over the rocks and searched for the insects, sometimes stopping and looking at me.
