I used to study in Minnesota in the United States as an exchange student.
While I was there, I found something special about the birthday.
There's a special birthday in Minnesota not like other states.
It is called "the golden birthday," and is regarded very special as it is once in a lifetime experience.
So, what is the golden birthday? Is there a silver birthday as well? Don't know for sure about other birthdays.
"The golden birthday" is "the day you reach to the age of the date of your birth".
For example, your golden birthday is your 16th birthday if your birthday is October 16th as you see in the image below.
In Minnesota, people throw a huge party on the day renting a limousine and inviting very close friends to celebrate.
