Coinbase sent me an email last night regarding Bitcoin Cash, basically they are going to steal your Bitcoin Cash the forked version of Bitcoin that is set to happen on August 1st. If you hold any BTC on Coinbase I strongly recommend you transfer it to a wallet you control your private keys on. Some exchanges like HitBtc and Bittrex have stated they will support it and will credit user accounts with an equal amount of Bitcoin Cash, Poloniex has stated they are undecided so maybe they are going to steal funds as well or will wait and see if it even actually goes through as another currency.
