There is talk that South Korea and China could prohibit transactions with virtual currencies, factors that affect this fall, after having reached its maximum level in December 2017, bitcoin started off badly in 2018, since January 16 the currency virtual has lost 25%, South Korea wants to prohibit or restrict the exchange with this currency, after having realized that they had committed a probable error, being they who first legalized cryptocurrencies, China vetoed the use of transactions with bitcoin since it considers that this type of operations is an illegal collection of fund.
Movements are being made in Europe and France to regulate cryptocurrencies, since there are already countries where use is prohibited, such as Bolivia, Ecuador, Iceland, India, Russia, Thailand and Vietnam.
Other cryptocurrencies that have also fallen strongly in recent days, losing a value of remarkable form, the Ripple, Ethereum, Litecoin, Bitcoin Cash, IOTA, Cardano, is rare the currency that has not fallen.
There is talk of the bursting of the bubble, but will that bubble really exist?
Bitcoin and the rest of the cryptocurrency may continue to fall or may rise again, remember that this is a highly volatile market, (Unpredictable).
This has already happened in previous years, there are those who think that this is just one more cycle, and that the bitcoin will rise again equal or even more than it was before its fall.
As you can see in the graph the bitcoin has fallen several times and has recovered, but there are those who worry that severe measures will be applied and as a result have serious losses.
