If you're anything like me, you are terrible with fiat cash but there's something about Bitcoin which makes me save money. Is it because it's deflationary? We all know there's no shortage of cash because the government can print more of it at any time. All they have to do is put numbers into their special checking account and out it comes. Because of this people cease to care where that money goes.
Bitcoin is different though. The scarcity of Bitcoin will make you want to accumulate more and more of it. You will no longer wish to buy useless toys that bore you after a few weeks. You'll find yourself reading about it and learning about the blockchain technology, a healthy exercise for the mind. Next thing you know you're researching alt-coins and looking for investment opportunities. Not to mention refreshing the price of Bitcoin every few minutes - but that is fun and it's free.
In a world of debt money and slavery I think Bitcoin is a breathe of fresh air. In the Bitcoin world you will see less rubbish being produced. People will be more frugal and in my experience frugality inspires creativity. You will see people love their old car, instead of buying a new one with finance. There will be less cheap plastic rubbish being sold in massive quantity on eBay and at Walmart etc as people look for quality over quantity. Our governments will have to think about where they spend their money, as they can't just print more Bitcoin. Less wars will be fought, as fractional reserve banking won't be there to pay for the wars. People will look to the future rather than dwell in the present.
Overall I think Bitcoin has the possibility to really change the world, for the better. If you have an opinion I'd love to hear it so please share it below :)
Oh and in the meantime, here is a picture of my dog at the beach:
